Weekends At Jacksons On George

The next weekend you find yourself stuck for something to do, head to Jacksons On George. From Friday – Sunday, there’s live music, drinks deals and promotions to enjoy the weekend the way it’s supposed to be.

Friday

The weekend kicks off on Friday with Happy Hour 4-8pm with $5 Coronas, house spirits and house wine straight from the bar. Coinciding with Happy Hour, Facebook Fridays lets all Publife Cardholders grab a free drink when you check into Jacksons on Facebook. For entertainment, live acoustic performers take to the stage from 5.30pm in PJs Whiskey Bar.

Saturday

Saturday nights are all about the selfie, so if you post one of yourself and your mates on the Jacksons Facebook wall, you can bag yourself a free drink on arrival between 9pm and 10pm. Just show your post to the bar staff at Temple Bar and start your Saturday night on a high. There will also be DJs in Temple Bar and Whiskey Bar to get you on your feet.

Sunday

When the weekend has beaten you down and you can take no more, relax with live Irish music from 4pm, when Jacksons hosts Sunday Sessions. You can compliment your entertainment with a traditional Irish meal of Steak & Guinness Pie or Irish Stew, because a bit of comfort food is all you need on a lazy Sunday before the working week returns.
