What’s On This week at The Northcote Social Club Brooklyn quartet The Men, after much underground buzz, won a host of new fans after the more focused and well put together 2012 album ‘Open Your Heart’. What’s On This week at The Northcote Social Club With a mixture of garage Rock scuzz guitar and Blues and Country leanings they toured Europe extensively in 2012 alongside Ty Segall, the Three Oh Sees and Redd Kross.

Raw Comedy Qualifying Heat

It’s a well known fact some of the best comedy you will ever stumble upon will come in little known events featuring unheard of comedians. Raw features a brand new line-up of contestants looking to make names for themselves in the competitive and harsh world of stand up comedy. The matinee show begins at 12.30pm with tickets costing $10 on the door.

Deer Tick & Two Gallants

Due to popular demand and the first show selling out in double quick time the US double headliners will perform an exclusive second show at Northcote on Sunday 10th February. Rhode islanders Deer Tick will perform songs from their latest offering ‘Divine Providence’. San Francisco duo Two Gallants released their latest LP entitled ‘The Bloom & The Blight’ highlighting their ability to shift between explosive rock and restrained melodies.
