Wolf Alice Freazy Single Review

What a year for North London four-piece, Wolf Alice. Shortlisted for the prestigious Mercury Music Prize and debut album ‘My Love Is Cool’ entering the charts at number 2, the band return with single ‘Freazy’.

Previously described as “the lovechild of folk and grunge”, this light-hearted breezy track is wistful unapologetic pop. Complimented by promotional video set in a psychedelic forest, lead singer Ellie Roswell’s vocal is dreamy, floating over the shuffling groove and understated guitars.

Following the success of their debut album, Wolf Alice have sold out venues in the UK and US including an incredible homecoming show at Brixton Academy. The band are embarking on a run of UK dates in March ending on three back-to-back dates at the Kentish Forum.
