XZIBIT HEADS TO THE ESPY!

At The Espy on Thursday 17th April the man that Rolling Stone magazine called ‘one of the most respected rappers in the game’, Xzibit, will be performing live in the Front Bar for the first time. It’s been three long years but, the Hip-Hop hard-hitter is making his return to Australia as part of his whirlwind tour that will see him perform at 9 venues in 2 countries. The West Coast rapper will be on his tour for two weeks and X will grace Broome & Port Moresby for the first time ever.

The West Coast stalwart has been a major player in the rap game since 1996 where he released his debut album ‘At The Speed of Light’ which was followed up with ‘40 Dayz & 40 Nightz’ (1998). Xzibit has enjoy great success in his career with that has seen the artist collaborate with big names in Hip-Hop, where he joined with Snoop Dogg for the Dr. Dre produced hit ‘Bitch Please’. Future songs followed such as ‘What’s the Difference’, ‘Lolo’ and ‘Some L.A. Niggaz’ that featured on Dre’s seminal Chronic 2001 album and this then led to Xzibit being included in the most infamous hip hop tour of all time – ‘Up in Smoke’. On this tour he performed alongside the likes of Snoop, Eminem, and Ice Cube.

Returning to the Australian shores ticket holders are promised to have a memorable time, as Xzibit has a catelogue of music spanning 20 years and is recognised in the business for his electric live performances.
