80s Fluoro Party – New Years Eve 2013 At Turf Bar

There’s no better way to celebrate the start of a new year by reviving an old one. As luck would have it Turf Bar are throwing an 80s fluoro party on Tuesday 31st December 2013, so grab the hairspray, neon leotards (yes, even you boys) and wave hello to 2014 with a mandatory glow stick.

The 80s were the party decade and are therefore renowned for producing some of the best party tunes with just the right level of cheese that a new year demands. A live DJ will be honouring this with a soundtrack from the decade that brought ‘Karma Chameleon’ and ‘Come on Eileen’ into our lives. Now those are tunes that everyone just has to dance to, we’re already foot tapping.

With 80s inspired cocktails and canapés, every part of the night is a throwback, so it’s only right that everyone in attendance fully embraces this with hugely enthusiastic drinking all night.

There will be prizes for best dressed, so the pressure is really on. Whoever wins is sure to spend the rest of 2014 basking in the glory of this achievement and will probably still look back on the night with pride in 2030.
