Animal Collective playing January shows

Animal Collective’s rare venture to Australia has been the cause of much excitement as fans prepare for the two show visit of the American psychedelic band. Originally performing at the Enmore Theatre in Sydney on Wednesday 16th January 2013 the show will now take place a day later on Thursday 17th January due to issues around transportation of the bands equipment. The band will also perform at the Palace Theatre in Melbourne on Wednesday 23rd January 2013 with support from Electronic music project Africa Hitech. Animal Collective will also be touring nationally for Big Day Out beginning on 18th January in Sydney. The new album ‘Centipede Hz’ is out now through Domino Records.
