
Beady Eye Announce Sideshow Performance For Big Day Out
With Big Day Out just around the corner, Australia’s favourite annual music festival couldn’t resist dropping yet another killer line-up delight into the mix – and this time, it’s in the form of Rock ‘n’ Rollers Beady Eye.
Playing an exclusive sideshow gig, the former Kings of Britpop will be gracing the Enmore Theatre at the end of January and treating fans to an intimate one-off performance at one of Syndey’s most vibrant live venues.
Brought to you by the talent that made Oasis, the legendary Liam Gallagher, Gem Archer, Andy Bell and Chris Sharrock make up four fifths of the supergroup, additionally accompanied by bassist Jay Mehler from Kasabian, who recently joined the band last year.
Performing just once whilst on Australia turf, Beady Eye will be appeasing crowds with tunes from their ‘sonically enchanting’ 2013 album BE, picking up where Oasis left off and setting the bar high for any other bands quaking in their shadow.
