Beneath The Busselton Jetty With The Dive Shed

Spanning 1.8km across Geographe Bay and with a maximum water depth of eight metres, the Busselton Jetty is one of the best diving sites in Western Australia. Not only is it exceptionally breath-taking, it suits all levels from first-timer to experienced diver.

The Busselton Jetty is a unique place to dive due to the wooden pylons that stand like trees in the water. Each one has its own ecosystem of hard and soft coral, which attract many species of sea life including Decorator Crabs, Dhu Fish, Pink Snapper, Baldchin Groper, King George Whiting, Flathead, Salmon and more. It really is an underwater world waiting to be discovered, so if you have an underwater camera, you don’t want to forget to bring it.

Diving beneath the Busselton Jetty is also special because you can do it right from the shore, but the best spot is at the end of the jetty, so a short boat trip is necessary.
