Leading Hand / Construction Jobs in Sydney

Leading hand required for a large tier two builder who focus on commercial projects up to the $50M mark.

About the company:

Established for over 30 years this mid tier contractor operates across the commercial, industrial, retail and aged care sector. With the capability to complete projects up to $80m, they have an outstanding reputation and impressive growth plans for the next three years.

Role requirements:

Due to an increase in work load they have a requirement for two leading hands to join their business across a number of sites in the Sydney metro area. You will be working directly under a Site manager you will be responsible for managing trades and subbies, implementing safety and QA.

Skills required:

You will be trade qualified and have exposure to commercial construction ideally with a mid tier business. Your construction experience will be broad and you will have worked on projects from civil, structures, facades through to finishes. This is an ideal role for a candidate who is 3-4 years out of their apprenticeship.
