Courteeners Announce December 2013 Tour

Calling all Courteeners fans out there… the time has come, they’re going on tour! The northern four-piece will start off their December 2013 tour in Preston on Monday 2nd December 2013 and finish off on Friday 13th December 2013 in their home town of Manchester. Last December’s Manchester show was completely full to the brim with excited Courteeners fans as 17,000 shouted, chanted and cheered for the group at the Phone 4U Arena.

The indie rock band have performed at various festivals over the summer which included Glastonbury, T in the Park and V Festival, at all three events they were second headliners.Another recent performance was a two night gig at Manchester’s Castlefield Bowl with special guests Miles Kane and The Strypes, both nights were completely sold out. In addition, lead singer Liam Fray will be performing on a sold out acoustic tour next month. The Courteeners have been, and will be, busy busy busy that’s for sure.

Long awaited album ‘ANNA’, was released in February this year after a two year break for the band after releasing their second album ‘Falcon’ in 2011. Due to their huge success after the album was released, it reached number six in the album charts. Therefore, the news that they are to release a new, third album is very exciting indeed!
