Ego’s Free Workshop at Apple Store – Thursday 29th August 2013

DJ and visual artist Ego will be sharing his secrets in an audiovisual production workshop at the Apple Store, George Street on Thursday 29th August 2013 – and for free!

Ego has been gracing dancefloors across the country during his ‘A Trip With Ego’ and, as the tour reaches its halfway point, he’s slowing things down a touch to present all you aspiring DJs, producers and music lovers out there with his words of wisdom.

During the workshop, Ego – aka Sydney’s Mark Egan – will talk you through the process of sourcing and preparing visuals in the studio, through to mixing music and video for a live performance.

With his most recent video production (LDRU’s ‘The Tropics’ clip) receiving much critical acclaim, Ego is more than well-positioned to show budding creatives how to master tools such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, Ableton Live, Serato Video and Resolume.
