Our client are a award winning boutique fit out and refurb company who are based in the Sydney metro area working extensively on commercial and educational fit – out projects up to the value of $5M due to exceptional standard of work they pride themselves on repeat business with clients. Due to strong upcoming pipeline of work they have a requirement for a Site Foreman/manager to join their close knit team.

Your new role

Reporting into and working closely with the project manager you will be responsible for the internal fit out of commercial office and educational projects. As the fit out foreperson you will be supervising the fit out subcontractors to ensure their work is completed to the required schedule and quality. You also be responsible for ensuring that they work according to the relevant OHS systems and procedures

What you’ll need to succeed

Ideally you will be from a trade background with extensive experience on fit out / refurb commercial projects. You will have 3 years foreperson experience. You will be able to demonstrate a continuous record of achievement within the projects you have undertaken, from which you have taken pride in delivering a high quality finish that fully meet a clients expectations ensuring repeat business for the organisation. You will be driven and motivated to make the next step up and progress in your career within building.
