Indie Gems Film Festival – Thursday 12th September to Saturday 14th September 2013

Indie Gems Film Festival is a celebration of local and international independent cinema with an emphasis on humanity and humanitarian issues.

The fourth annual event will once again have an array of films to excite, inspire and entertain you, as well as informative workshops, film networking events, Q&A sessions with directors, a student film competition, and a panel discussion on the future of the film industry.

One of the highlights of the Festival will be the multiple award-winning documentary ‘I Am Eleven’ by Australian filmmaker Genevieve Bailey, who travelled the world for six years talking with 11-year-olds to compose an insightful and funny portrait of childhood.
