Magic Mountain Saloon Opening
Following in the footsteps of The Toff In Town, Cookie, Boney and Revolver Upstairs, Magic Mountain Saloon is the fifth venue between Camillo Ippoliti and Karen Batson, and is the newest venue in Melbourne for dining and drinking.
Opening on Wednesday 14th January, this new space promises to be a vibrant restaurant-bar serving breakfast, lunch and dinner of Australian and Thai cuisine including but not limited to congee and rice soups, Surf & Turf with a Thai twist, and stir fried kale and crispy pork.
In a saloon-style, there are open and intimate areas across two floors, with the ground floor resonating a warehouse and the upper level similar to a 19th Century loft with balconies, city views and even a DJ stage.
Expected to revitalise Little Collins Street in the same way that their previous projects have done so in their own locations, Magic Mountain Saloon is another venue to add to Melbourne’s thriving hospitality sector.
