Marketing Intern with Cash Rewards South West London

What Media Group are looking for a dynamic marketing intern to join the team for a period of 2-3 months for 2 – 3 days per week. This role will require working on www.bbmlive.com and our publications. 

Applicants will have:
– A relevant BA degree (or minimum equivalent education) within Marketing & Communcations / Journalism/ English / Travel & Tourism / PR / Promotions
– Fluent written and speaking English
– Knowledge of social media platforms and an active user of these.
– Solid IT skills including MS Office (Word & Excel)
– Must be within easy reach of Kingston Upon Thames.

The right candidate will be outgoing, sociable, polite, and not afraid to pick up the phone.

Duties will include:
– Picking up the phone to create leads for the sales team.
– Create engaging marketing materials.
– Update social media channels and work alongside the team to ensure this is constantly updated.
– Training on ACT software
– Training on Photoshop
– Attending events and networking alongside the team.
– For any positive sales leads created you will receive a commission.

For the right person after a proven period of generating positive leads over the course of your internship, you will be invited for a final interview with a view to a contractual role including a basic salary and uncapped commission.

This is the perfect role for a self starter with lots of initiative who is keen to excel in a career in marketing.

Required experience:

Degree Educated : 2 years minimum.
