Reporting into the Practice Manager, in this varied role you will responsible for providing support to a highly regarded specialist.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use of Practice software programmes for patient information, billing and booking of procedures
• Greeting and assisting all clients
• Typing and generating correspondence and reports
• Answering phones with patient inquiries and appointment
• General office duties and assistance with time and diary management
• Making bookings and answering enquiries from patients and medical practitioners
• Booking appointments to ensure smooth running of all consulting and operating schedules
• Attend to general housekeeping duties

Skills and Expertise:

• Previous experience working as a Medical Receptionist
• A genuine interest in the beauty/cosmetic industry
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Good knowledge of Genie software and Medicare payments
• Strong administration skills
• The ability to build rapport
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Exceptional customer service skills
• A willing and ‘can do’ attitude
• Professional presentation at all times
