New Years Eve Ambassador’s Ball at Barfly Camden, NYE

“Clubland royalty” said Time Out of long-running Saturday nighter Casino Royale, who’ll be hosting a two-floor extravaganza for Barfly’s showpiece New Year’s Eve event.

His Excellency Victor de Milo, host of Casino Royale, invites one and all to his Ambassador’s Ball, an evening of grandeur and glamour in our troubled times. His “guests” are encouraged to dress up for the event in retro dresses, shirts and suits, military uniforms, hats, tiaras, safari suits, the exotic garments of foreign dignitaries and the best-dressed will be ushered into his presence to win bottles of champagne.

The downstairs floor DJ’s will be spinning 60s tunes to delight the dancefloor, turning to fun, uplifting pop later in the evening, whilst the Ambassador has gamely taken the advice of his young aides to allow the upstairs to DJs to spin classic & modern indie and electro tracks after the live acts, ’til the early hours.
