Nonesuch Release Coen Brothers’ Inside Llewyn Davis Soundtrack

inside llewyn davisOn 13th September, Nonesuch will release the soundtrack to the Coen Brothers’ Inside Llewyn Davis. Produced by Joel and Ethan Coen and also T Bone Burnett, the album includes music from Oscar Isaac, Marcus Mumford, Carey Mulligan, Justin Timberlake and the Punch Brothers.

Inside Llewyn Davis is set in 1961 following a musician in New York in the depths of winter; it has recently won the Grand Prix at the Cannes International Film Festival.

In addition to an existing record by Dave Van Ronk, the album has twelve songs produced especially for the film and an exclusive recording of Farewell by Bob Dylan.
