Party On A Boat With Dillon Francis – Saturday 25th January 2014

On Saturday January 25th a night of music entertainment on the water will set sail as Soapbox Events hosts their very first boat party. Captaining the voyage is none other than Dillon Francis, who just happens to be one of the world’s most in demand artists.

With a supporting crew in the form of the biggest local stars including A-Tonez , Danny T , Natnoiz and more, these artists are sure to rock the boat for all the right reasons.

Dillon Francis is a Los Angeles-based electronic music producer and DJ. How’s that for an envy inducing job title? A pioneer in the moombahton genre, a fusion genre of house music and reggaeton, Francis has become a sensation amongst the electronic dance community.

This headliner has collaborated with and remixed artists including Steve Aoki, Calvin Harris, Diplo, A-Trak, Zedd, Madeon, Flux Pavilion and Digitalism to name a few, and now it’s your chance to collaborate some moves with the man himself.

His latest EP, Something Something Awesome, was released in February 2012 through Skrillex’s label OSWLA, and it’s worth a listen if you’re after something awesome to listen to.

Tickets are on sale now through Moshtix, and you’ll need to move fast because once that ship has sailed the only alternative will be a rubber dinghy and some iPod speakers. Not even close.
