Patrice Baumel Set To Roar

Fresh off the announcement that he will be helming the next edition of the famed Global Underground series, come the news that Patrice Baumel will head to Australia for four dates.

Baumel is the Netherlands-based artist who has become synonymous with producing dance music that evokes a more emotional and spiritual experience – both traits you can hear in his DJ sets and original productions. Having stated in the past that his desire to produce more melodic and emotive music “comes from my desire to connect people”, he also has a passion for producing techno that delves outside the norm.

Having grown up listening to a wide variety of classical genres, and with a deep love for experimental ambient music, his work is the amalgamation of his influences which pins him alongside some of the biggest artists in the industry such as Stephan Bodzin and Maceo Plex.

Fresh off the release of the Adana Twins remix of his breakthrough track ‘Roar‘, Australians can get ready to welcome his return over a string of national dates.
