Your new company
Hays Construction are working in partnership with a well established tier 3 builder who have a strong pipeline of work and have just secured a $50million commercial project in the centre of Sydney. They are urgently seeking the services of an experienced Project Manager to run this project and join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
As project manager you will manage the procurement process, coordinate the subcontractors with your site team and drive the program an effective and successful conclusion. You will also manage all correspondence with the relevant stakeholders including the client ,consultants, architects and internal staff. Above all you will ensure that the project achieves its targets from both a programme and commercial outcome perspective.

What you’ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate has a degree in construction management and has extensive experience working as a Project Manager on small to medium size retail construction projects. You will thrive in a busy and mature work environment and you are definitely a candidate who doesn’t require close management or supervision. Your track record speaks for itself and you are now at a stage in your career where you are looking for something different which rewards your technical skills rather than the amount of hours you do.
