Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you will be accountable for:
Answering phones and operating the switchboard
Meeting and greeting clients
Managing the meeting rooms and meeting bookings
Processing expense claims and card reconciliations
Ordering stationary & kitchen supplies
Set up Friday drinks
Database management
To be guaranteed an interview with this reputable firm, you must have:
Previous experience in a similar role
Basic – Intermediate MS Office skills
Confident and clear phone manner
