Restaurant Ides Opens in Melbourne

New Zealand-born chef Peter Gunn will be launching a restaurant that will bring his signature dishes in an imaginative dining room setting in Melbourne.

Ides celebrates the 14 years of work and a new beginning for chef Peter Gunn. This innovative restaurant will be building upon Gunn’s fine dining career and guerilla-style dinners hosted in unique venues. Set to launch in mid March, Ides will seat 36 guests from Wednesday to Saturday and serve dinners with 6 courses. The courses consist of 4 savory and 2 sweet dishes with alternatives for dietary requirements. Also keep an eye out for ‘One Day Sunday,’ monthly dinners that will be reinventing the whole venue for a completely different dining experience from Ides.
