Of course, we’re talking about the fur seals that are so commonly spotted relaxing on the rocks by the Sugarloaf Point Lighthouse. A trip to spot these adorable animals is a must especially as their numbers have been increasing and there have even been sightings of the guys along the Port Stephens area.

The Central Station Rainforest is a must visit! To explore the depth of the plants and witness all the interesting wildlife is an experience on its own and you could find yourself wandering through for hours. When strolling through the rainforest you will love coming out onto the Wanggoolba Creek boardwalk as it passes through Basin Lake.
They may look cute, approachable and are one of the big attractions on the island, but with the Dingos on Fraser are not to be interacted with as they are wild dogs, so cautious approach is encouraged.

The Whitsundays

Mission Beach
We’re getting closer to Cairns and there’s no dip in the quality of attractions the further north you go along the Australian East Coast.
