You are a Network Engineer with strong experience working with Skype for Business, & a proven track record of delivering business project with Skype technical expertise across a wide range of activities to drive the delivery of the Skype for Business project across NSW Health.You have a solid background working in Microsoft Skype for Business technologies and can demonstrate network experience across a broad range of technologies. They are responsible for developing business practices, while focusing on a wide range of IT strategies including operations, delivery, and multi-sourced environments.

The Role:

This role will see you driving and managing resolutions of technical issues with change approvals, other technical teams, and vendors. You’llconsult and collaborate with various stakeholders to provide Skype for Business related network and technical guidance and expertise.

You’ll be charring and managing meetings of the technical working group for items raised by the project such as solution designs and artifacts, options papers, decisions, recommendations, technical risks issues that require wide technical input and/or approval.

Skills / Experience:

• Demonstrated extensive experience and knowledge in Microsoft Skype for Business technologies including Paired Enterprise Pools, Edge Pools, Mediation Services, Mobility, SIP Trunks, Load Balancing, Federation, Trusted Applications, Call admission Control and SQL Mirroring, Layer 2 CoS, Layer 3 QoS, Voice & Video conferencing, UC, URI Dialling, Enterprise IP Tel platforms, Dial Plans, Voice Gateways, SIP Trunks.
• Demonstrated experience in F5 application delivery controllers including LTM, GTM, APM services, Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, NAT, and DMZ architecture.
• Familiar with:
  • Microsoft Exchange Services especially Auto discover/EWS/UM/UCS and the integration with the Skype for Business Client.
  • Public Cloud AWS & Azure and service architectures.
  • DNS, AD, PKI, LDAP, Group Policy, Optimization, Resiliency & Scalability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to different audiences as required.
