About the Role:

• Head of Department – overseeing a highly experienced and large department of staff across History, Legal Studies, Religion and Ethics
• Teaching a reduced load within one of more of the above subject areas
• Full time, permanent contract
• Commences Term 1 2018

About You:

• Possess current references
• Hold a teaching qualification recognised in Australia
• Have the right to work in Australia
• Be registered, or have the ability to be registered with NESA and WWCC
• Have a talent for delivering outstanding and well planned lessons across the whole secondary age range
• Have a demonstrated ability to successfully lead an experienced department through change and provide strategic direction as well as role model quality teaching, appropriate professional conduct and high level administration duties
