THEESatisfaction Play Sydney

Seattle based psychedlic duo THEESatisfaction will perform a small show in Sydney this October as well as their appearance at Melbourne Festival.

The band will perform the early show at Goodgod Small Club, on Friday 19th October. Tickets are on sale now.

Based in Seattle, Washington, Stasia Irons and Catherine Harris-White create their own distinct material: funk-psychedelic feminista sci-fi epics with the warmth and depth of Black Jazz and Sunday morning soul, frosted with icy raps that evoke equal parts Elaine Brown, Ursula Rucker and Q-Tip.

The duo released their debut album awE naturalE in 2011 and also featured on comrades Shabazz Palaces’ debut album Black Up.

awE naturale is out now through Inertia.
