Topshop’s Upcoming Collaboration With Kate Moss
Way back in May 2007, high street kingpin Topshop and supermodel extraordinaire Kate Moss decided to make beautiful stylish babies together and produce an exclusive clothing range for the fashion world to coo over appreciatively.
Thirteen sell-out collections later and the range was put on hold in 2010, leaving fans and fashionistas in mourning all across the land. Sigh.
However, now it has been revealed that the fashion icon will be returning to what she does best to – wait for it – design yet another range, expected to be released in April 2014… YAY!
Work is said to already be underway as the 39-year-old MILF has blown the dust off of her designer thinking cap to make the magic happen again.
Working alongside Vogue contributing fashion editor/creative director Kate Phelan and stylist friend Katy England, the spring/summer 2014 collection is set to be huge as it supposedly contains around 40 different items, including womenswear, shoes and accessories.
Previous collections have been renowned to take inspiration from Moss’s personal wardrobe and aim to encompass the model’s unique sense of style, so no wonder the original collection was one of the most anticipated. EVER.
Being a close friend with Topshop owner Sir Phillip Green, rumour has it the BFFs came up with the plan to reignite their fashion love whilst holidaying together in the south of France, and the man himself revealed that the line will be sold across 40 countries, with pop-up departments in stores across the world.
Moss stated: ‘I have always been a big fan of Topshop and regularly shop there. I love what they stand for and am very excited at the thought of working with them. It’s going to be great fun.’
We can’t wait Kate!
