Terrible Tuesdays

Due to popular demand, The Spice Cellar is now open from 4pm every Tuesday. Get ready to sling your fave cocktails or chow down on some of their famous Chorizo Bruschetta, served with Persian feta and caramelised onion. The definition of lush. There’s also their delicious tapas menu, served Tuesday – Friday, 4pm till Midnight.

Vanilla Beans

If you’re bored of all the old classics, such as Sex on the Beach, head to The Spice Cellar to try out their new I MIGHT. Named after one of their favourite songs by Oliver Koletzki and Fran, the new drink contains freshly pressed pineapple and apple juice with house made vanilla syrup & a generous pour of Herraduva Silver Tequila. Shaken vigorously with a hint of basil, served up in a martini glass. Delish!

Thursday Nights – Phil Stack & Friends

The Cellar Jazz Jam is Phil Stack’s musical playground where he invites his friends down each week and take control of the Cellar on Thursday nights. With unnannounced Jazz legends popping in for improputu sessions each week, expect the unexpected. Past guests include Ray Thistlewaite, Amber Hammond and Steve Clisby!

Fridays DJ Degustation

Fancy a specially crafted 5 course degustation, which includes Tapas dishes selected from the menu and the finest accompanying beverages hand-picked to suit your palate? Toby Neal has been selected as the artist and music selector to provide the Degustation soundtrack for August.

Trouble Within

Jamie Lloyd is a talented Sydney artist who has released a full-length artist album on acclaimed Sydney-based label Future Classic. As well as having polished DJ skills, Jamie sings on much of his album and is well-known for his amazing voice. Jamie will be visiting The Spice Cellar to show off his musical weaponry, playing a 3 hour set.

Soft & Slow Afterhours Podcast

The gentle lapse of a plum-soaked in gin, served out of a gentlemen’s hat. Expect to hear everything from the gayest Marvin to the most Acid of house, Good Morning Sydney. Featuring: Pink Lloyd (Softwar), Dreamcatcher (Slowblow), Magic Happens & Friends.
