1. National Cherry Festival

For the love of chomping cherries, join the biggest celebration of cherries in Australia!  The National Cherry Festival is an annual celebration of Young and the wider Hilltops Region that produces cherries.  

Events of the Festival

Being a country festival with a few twists, the features of it include a street parade, Christmas street market, and a Farmers’ Market.  The festival announces a Cherry King and Queen and hosts some interesting competitions such as the cherry pie eating competition and the cherry pip spitting competition.  The cherry orchard tour and “pick-your-own” or roadside cherry stalls are added features.

2. The Truffle Festival
