Australia Day At The Star
Celebrate Australia Day the right way – with plenty of dining and entertainment offerings at The Star.
Sydney’s finest casino and venue will welcome Mahalia Barnes on Sunday 25th January and Shannon Noll on Monday 26th for free performances at Rock Lily, which will be serving $14 Rum Rebel and $10 slushie cocktails from the bar, and the Sky Terrace will be boasting one of the best views of Sydney Harbour during an Australia Day BBQ including DJs, $6 beers and $15 jugs.
The Star’s restaurants will also be joining in on the celebrations. Sokyo will offer a long weekend dinner special, while Balla will be throwing The Big Aussie Barbecue with South American calamari, Moreton Bay bugs, kangaroo loin fillet, barbecued lamb and beef rib eye.
There’s even more from the casual eateries, with Australian-inspired menus from Food Quarter and Garden Buffet, and the Australia Day dinner at Fat Noodle.
Away from the venue, The Star will be taking part in The Ferrython on 26th Janaury at 11am with its very own ferry racing from Circular Quay to Shark Island and finishing at the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
The food never disappoints, the atmosphere never ceases and the action never stops this Australia Day at The Star.
