Backpacker murdered in New Zealand

Grace Millane was born second of December 1996 died 2 December 2018.

Grace was a British tourist visiting New Zealand for two weeks, she was from Essex in England.

A 26 year old man has been charged on the 28th of December for Murdering Grace.

The Alarm was set off by Grace’s parents when she failed to respond to Birthday message.

Her body was found on the Waitakera Ranges.

Grace graduated from Lincoln University in the United Kingdom, having obtained a degree in Advertising and Marketing.

The man accused of the murder was remanded in custody and appeared in the Auckland court on 16 January 2019 where he pleaded not guilty. His identity remains suppressed until the end of January at the earliest.^[ He is due to stand trial on 4 November 2019.
