‘Basic Edit’ Version Of Benny Benassi’s Newest Single To Be Released

Benny Benassi, talented producer and world-famous DJ, has to our excitement released a brand spanking new ‘Basic Edit’ of his recent single titled ‘Dance The Pain Away’ which features multiple time Grammy award winner John Legend. Ultra Music will be letting the track loose on the public 6th October 2013. The remix will put a new spin on the original version of the track, the music video to which is featured below.

There is no doubt the original track became a fist pumping 2013 summer time hit, which Benassi produced with his production partner and cousin Alle Benassi. This summer Coachella was the setting for Benassi’s triumphant unravelling of ‘Dance The Pain Away’. John Legend surprised the hyper, beer soaked audience as he appeared on stage for their first time performance of the song.

CNN, the Los Angeles Times, Fuse and USA Today all drew attention to the fact that the performance was one of Saturday’s best surprises at Coachella and branded it one of the most memorable moments at the festival this year.

To run alongside the new single, Benassi unveiled a selection of brilliantly remixed versions of ‘Dance The Pain Away’ with some of the world’s top producers in the electronic music field. These included Daddy’s Groove, Alex Guadino and Jason Rooney, Dyro, Jimmy Carris,Tom Swoon and DEVolution, as well as a special edition from Gaudino and Benassi himself. These tracks are available to download on iTunes now!
