Firstly we’re going to head to the Riverside, with Pig N Whistle where they serve up the best spit roast available in Brisbane. Brewhouse

Do you want a choice for your roast? If so the Brewhouse is the place for you. The selection of roasts change and you can take your pick from beef, chicken, pork or lamb. And yep, you’re sure to get all the trimmings to accompany your meal. For the price of $16 you get the pleasure of a free  drink and dessert to go with your roast dinner.

Statler & Waldorf

From 11am-10pm everyday you can order the roast of the day at Statler & Waldorf. As great as they are we advise not eating roasts from open to close! Your roast comes with roasted broccoli, Kampot pepper sauce, brioche crusted pumpkin, hierloom carrots, parsnip mash and jus. The roasts there are definitely something you should be checking out.

The Servery

Wednesdays are when The Servery gets the pig in the oven. With it glazed in lovely mustard and maple and served up with your traditional roast potatoes, delicious vegetables that are perfectly cooked, you’ll be leaving the table well stuffed.
