Bigger Than Festival Of Hip Hop Culture In London

Celebrating the dominant force of hip hop in the last 40 years, Bigger Than Festival will be throwing a whole host of events, live shows, club nights and much more.

From 24th October – 3rd December 2014, the likes of DJ Jazzy Jeff, Talib Kweli, Dead Prez, DJ Yoda, Shortee Blitz and many more will be showcasing hip hop and its overwhelming effect on popular culture in London and the world; from film to fashion and language to art, there’s no escaping its force. This series is for faithful followers and those yet to discover the power and influence of hip hop.

The Opening Party at Plan B will see DJ Jazzy Jeff kick the festival off in style on 24th October, followed by an appearance from Dead Prez at The Jazz Café on the 29th, and a deep look at homegrown hip hop at Roundhouse on 30th October, featuring a panel of UK influencers of the scene.

Continuing until 3rd December with regular events, special guests and unique performances, there will most certainly be one evening that will appeal to you, whether a lifelong fan or fresher, to discover more about the hip hop culture in London.
