The Palace Hotel’s extra spicy Mexican Wednesday’s hot challenge runs from 5pm to 9pm. You’ll put down $10 and sign a waiver before beginning the mentally arduous preparation process before you eat your six ghost pepper chilli chicken wings at the bar in under ten minutes. If you succeed and manage to not drink anything for an additional five minutes, not only will you get a full refund, but your photo on the Wall of Flame.
