Eminem and Kendrick Lamar Collaboration?

A photo of Eminem and Kendrick Lamar was posted on the Shady Records Instagram earlier today, and consequently, the Internet broke.

Not only was it nice to see that ever-reclusive Slim Shady is alive and well, but as he does only leave the house to go to a recording studio, has a collaboration occurred?

Em has been working away on the as-yet-untitled follow-up to 2010’s Recovery, with rumours saying that we’re looking at a July release (right before he headlines this year’s Reading and Leeds Festival in the UK…interesting).

And Kendrick – signed to Aftermath, the label owned by Em’s good pal Dr Dre – was undoubtedly the Rap giant of last year, with album ‘Good Kid, M.A.A.D City’ being certified gold in the US just two months after its release.

Please, Hip-Hop gods, let a collaboration be true!
