Gallagher Brothers Round Two

They’ve had varying success since going their separate ways but the Gallagher brothers are once again locked in a legal battle regarding the 2009 breakup of Oasis, according to court reports printed in the Daily Mirror.

According to the documents Noel accused his younger brother of attempting to attack him with a guitar back in 2009 and leaving offensive messages on his wife’s answer phone.

Liam has previously sued Noel for libel after he told journalists that the reason Oasis failed to play V Festival ’09 was that Liam was suffering from a hang-over.

When he isn’t preoccupied with the sibling rivalry Liam continues to tour with his band Beady Eye, while Noel’s High Flying Birds released their debut album last month.
