Compound Presents Jon Convex
Goodgod Small Club is presenting the fourth Compound and with its very special guest Jon Convex. Convex will perform an exclusive three hour set and will take the Sydney audience on a journey through the psyche of a Techno genius. The mastermind Damon Kirkham aka Jon Convex is a Techno chameleon continually reshaping sounds since he started producing at just 17. Initially intrigued by analogue machines he has developed over time and his career has culminated in his success as half of Instra:mental (with Al Green, aka Boddika) which is so creative and boundary pushing there aren’t words existing in the musical lexicon to describe it. And, that in essence describes Jon Convex’s Techno tunes: indescribable.
