Palings Bar & Kitchen Presents Light My Fire – July 10th 2013

Palings Kitchen & Bar is excited to be hosting Light My Fire, ivy’s food and wine showcase, as part of their Winter Festival on Wednesday 10th July at 5:30pm. Tickets are $40, providing you with 8 tokens to exchange for tasty delights, in addition to warm cider and sparkly champagne from sponsors Veuve Cliquot. From classic French nibbles to exquisite Italian cuisine, tasters will be provided from ivy restaurants Felix, Uccello, Ash St Cellar and Palings, including fresh flavours from Sunee’s Thai Canteen and Lorraine’s Patisserie. Enthusiastic cooks will have the opportunity to meet their favourite chefs, bartenders and sommeliers. Pop in to enjoy a quick cocktail or experience Franck Moreau’s specially selected red and white wines for the occasion: this evening is an absolute must for avid food and wine enthusiasts.
