Little Scream Debuts New Single Love As A Weapon

Montreal based multi-instrumentalist and visual artist Little Scream has a big act to follow. Her own. Her first album was received well by Pitchfork, who gave an 8.1 score and by American radio’s NPR, who put it on their top albums of the 2011 list.

Her first single since that album comes in the form of Love as a weapon.

Love as a weapon is nothing if not bright. Within the track there are elements of a speeded up Ekkah in the groove or even of Prince in the vocal. One thing is for sure. It’s a good pop record that was designed to make you dance, and it does exactly that.
