London Grammar Announce Debut Album Release
After the fairly anonymous nature of their previous single releases, London Grammar managed to remain moderately unknown for some time. But after the release of their transfixing single ‘Wasting My Young Years’ the band were suddenly exposed and celebrated for their chillingly beautiful songs led by Hanna Reid.
After the mass of attention they’ve received since the release of their huge singles, London Grammar have announced the release of their debut album ‘If You Wait’, which is due out September 6th 2013.
The 11-track album is the product of a gruelling 18-month process, which has seen the band involved with all the decision making, including the handpicking of their recording team.
London Grammar released their EP ‘Metal and Dust’ earlier this year, which thrust the band into new and exciting opportunities including support slots for The XX, numerous festival appearances and the announcement of their own headline tour in October 2013.
