Michael Douglas’ Throat Cancer Caused By Oral Sex

While most would assume that throat cancer is brought on by smoking or drinking, it seems Michael Douglas’ was a rather unique case, in which his previous womanising ways were catching up with him.

In a recent interview, the 68-year-old actor spoke frankly about his cancer, explaining that the walnut-sized tumour on his tongue was caused by a sexually transmitted disease.

In the 80s, Douglas had a bit of a reputation for loving sex, but he’s denied that he was addicted. If this claim is anything to go by, however, it seems he got quite a bit of pussy action!

It also suggests he’s rather generous in the bedroom, which would explain why Catherine’s stuck with him for over a decade.
