Moomba Festival 2013 Melbourne’s iconic Moomba Festival returns to celebrate Labour Day with vibrancy and spirit. There’s a huge assortment of activites to suit all ages, along with live music, a birdman rally, fireworks, Moomba Festival 2013 a carnival parade and water events.

The spectaculor opening and closing ceremonies are always the main highlights of the festival, so make sure you get down early on Friday 8th March ready for the 7pm opening ceremony. You’ll witness a selection of dancers, musical acts and circus performers to kick start the event.

Moomba’s huge programme of events and activities are all completely free. So there’s no excuse not to join in the festivities on Labour Day!
