Olly Murs Announces Australian East Coast Tour Nine Live and Sony Music Entertainment Australia are pleased to announce that British pop star Olly Murs is set to return to Australia in November for his first official tour. Performing with his full band, Murs will be playing hits such as ‘Troublemaker’, ‘Army Of Two’, and ‘Heart Skips A Beat’ at venues in Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Olly Murs has been touring the UK since March 2nd at sold out arenas, selling over a quarter of a million tickets in total. Murs will continue his run of dates after this short visit to Australia when he takes his tour to the United States.

It has been a whirlwind few months since Olly Murs released his third album Right Place, Right Time in November 2012. The album and its first single, ‘Troublemaker’ feat. Flo Rida, both shot to the top of the UK charts, following on the phenomenal success of his previous album In Case You Didn’t Know, which debuted at #1 on the UK charts and achieved double platinum sales. In Australia, ‘Troublemaker’ feat. Flo Rida reached the Top 5 on the ARIA charts, was a #1 Airplay hit, and is now certified triple platinum. Olly was nominated for two Brit Awards in 2013, for Best British Male Solo Artist and British Single of the Year for ‘Troublemaker’, which has now totalled over 2 million sales worldwide.

His new single ‘Army of Two’ is currently climbing up the charts, with tonight’s performance at the 55th TV Week LOGIE Awards, television’s night of nights on The Nine Network, being the first Australian performance of the song.
