The sub-tropical producer, MPC power-master, and all-round nice guy Paces joins the growing roster at Australian electronic indie label etcetc with the release of his upcoming EP ‘On My Mind’. With gentle synths carrying a melodic backing, the three track EP features the vocals of the UK’s Youth.

Her sweet voice sits perfectly on top of the muted synths, as the powerful chorus penetrates the listener’s ears. With a purposeful beat and chord progressions, this is a track you’ll instantly want to whack on repeat, and as the track comes to a close we are met with a snare drum that affirms what you’ve previously heard in the track and concludes the song neatly.

Having released two EPs over the past 12 months, one featuring Kitsune’s Chela and another, Erin Marshall, it’s plain to see that Paces means business.
