What’s on in Brisbane Queensland – Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow “The comedians have left the building… for the ultimate comedy road trip.”
What’s on in Brisbane Queensland – Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow Last month Melbourne was the home of the International Comedy Festival. But now the most adventurous (and bravest) comedians want to break out from the barriers and hit the road.
Now in its 13th year, the Roadshow has the same vibe as the Comedy Festival, but now outside the Melbourne area code. From Devonport to Darwin, Broken Hill to Bunbury a cast of big local names, newcomers and overseas guests prove there’s nowhere a comedian fears to tread.
This year’s Roadshow features Dave Williams, DeAnne Smith, Roisin Conaty, Sean Patton, Die Roten Punkte, Tommy Little, Sammy J, Randy, Harley Breen, Justin Hamilton, Mike Wilmot, Marina Franklin, Bob Franklin, Melinda Buttle, Hannah Gadsby, Dead Cat Bounce, Daniel Townes, Carl Einar-Hackner and Sam Simmons.
When: Wed 11 – Sun 15 May
Where: Brisbane Powerhouse Theatre
Warning: This show may contain coarse language, sexual references and material that can offend. It is recommended for people 15 years and older.
