Rudimental Beat Daft Punk To UK Number One

East London Drum and Bass collective Rudimental have surpassed expectation and knocked Duke Dumont and A*M*E off the Number One spot.

Not only this, but Rudimental’s track, ‘Waiting All Night’ has also beaten French Electronic duo Daft Punk and South Korean Pop star Psy to the top position.

Daft Punk’s highly anticipated track ‘Get Lucky’ entered at number three after accumulating 50,000 sales in just 48 hours, whilst Psy’s ‘Gentlemen’ rose 51 spaces gaining him a space in the Top 10.

Rudimental’s Piers Aggett told OfficialCharts.com, “Wow! Thank you to everyone
who’s bought ‘Waiting All Night’. We do love you, man. We can’t believe we just got another number 1… It’s unreal”.
