New London collective Clean Bandit release The UK Shanty EP, which centres around an electronic sea shanty and showcases 4 of their new vocalists!
The music video for lead track UK Shanty, commissioned by Channel 4, features supermodel Lily Cole as a mermaid-siren which perfectly compliments this unique track.
Blending clean strings with relaxed vocals, and dub elements, Clean Bandit’s ‘UK Shanty’ really is a great track, for those who enjoy something a little more obscure than your run of the mill alternative electronic music. The use of strings sits comfortably upon the gentle vocal layers and incorporating the wonky electronic elements we’re excited to see what else Clean Bandit will be getting up to.
