Smalltown present Chris Liebing and Jimmy Edgar
It may not be how she would choose to celebrate, but you’re probably not invited to the Queen’s official birthday do this year, so Smalltown are laying on their own “celebration” of the monarch’s official birthday with a Day Rave at Brown Alley. Currently confirmed are Chris Liebing and Jimmy Edgar with more acts to be announced in the coming weeks. They have promised if all else fails to hire a one-man band. Host of weekly radio shows and driving force behind Spinclub Recordings, Liebing was at the forefront of using new computer technologies in techno music, and tours extensively the world over. Joining him on the bill are the glitchy, beep driven sounds of Jimmy Edgar who released his first recordings in 2001 aged 18 on Warp Records and is fresh from releasing his first new material for two years in March.
